MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – December 3, 2012 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Wayne Carr, DPW Superintendent
Robert Littlefield
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Wayne presented for signatures a Chapter 90 reimbursement.
Wayne’s last service day will be Friday, December 7, 2012. Computer passwords, keys and paperwork requirements have been discussed with Robert Littlefield.
For budgeting purpose Wayne stated that the current grader is 20 years old and should be replaced. The approximate cost to replace the grader is $160,000.
The Board of Selectmen has appointed Robert Littlefield as acting Highway Superintendent. Robert agreed to continue to receive an overtime salary versus salary compensation.
